Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of product delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for all return and exchange requests.

The video must clearly show:

• Sealed package before opening
• Shipping label visible
• Product being unboxed
• Condition of the product received

Without a valid unboxing video, no return, replacement, refund, or exchange request will be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

• Missing product or item
• Defective product received

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect product selection by customer
• Requests without an unboxing video
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Approval Process

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification by the SabkaFayda support team.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Unboxing video
• Product images
• Order details
• Additional information requested by the support team

Refund Process

If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by SabkaFayda.

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking partners.

Exchange Process

Approved exchange requests will be processed subject to product availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, SabkaFayda may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
